What Causes Daytime Wetting In Children?

My 8 yearold is still peeing her pants only during the day on a daily basis. She stopped for almost 6 months but now it has started again. There is a foul odor but u/a c&s was negative. Sometimes her urine is cloudy, sometimes it is not. I do notice that she does not have good regular bowel movements. She does not drink a lot and we have tried increasing her fiber. MD stated that she just thinks it is behavioral but my gut is telling me it is more. Could there be some medical cause for her (besides constipation) that could be causing this? And am I able to give Miralax at this age?

1st of once again go for urine test and culture and sensitivity,simultaneously start bladder exercise and fiber diet for regular bowel movement.
and u can give miralax 1g/body wt for 3 days and no need for any medication and worry for above problem.
