What Causes Dark Urine, Blood In Cough And Nose Bleeding?

My mom has been experiencing some really weird symptoms: Nose bleeding, Coughing up blood, Orange pee, and sudden bloating. What could this be? With the holidays she can't get to a doctor and just wanted to know if this could be something that she need to go to the hospital to get checked out.

welcome to hcm,
orange coloured urine may be associated with medications ,dyes used in foods etc. even in dehydration the urine colour changes. The other thing you are asking is about nasal bleeding. inside the nose there is a good network of veins. so it will cause a severe bleeding from nose at times. so when you get such episodes close the nose and bend forward not to allow the bleed to get inside your throat. apply ice in the nose it will stop bleeding fast.
the reason for cough with blood i feel is because the bleeding from the nose has entered your respiratory tract.
