What Causes Dark Stool When Diagnosed With Celiac Disease?

hi. i had an upper endoscopy with deep duodenal biopsies for diaganosing celiac disease 3 days ago. since then i had very dark colored stool/ dark green in color. pain in stomach and oesophagus too. dr. has told me everything is fine stomach and oesophagus both. before the endoscopy i had stomach pain and consistent diarrhea.please guide me about this dark colored stool and pain in stomach. thanks.

Eating gluten can result in sticky stool and other symptoms for people with celiac disease. Sometimes lactose intolerance can also cause sticky stool. People with lactose intolerance lack the enzyme lactase.
