What Causes Dark Spots On Lower Legs With White Area In Between?
I have dark spots on my lower legs (looks like sun damage) seems to occur more when I have water retention in the feet. Two of these spots have a white area in the middle of them. They look very unsightly and make me feel very self-concious. Please help

Probably you have developed fungal infection.
I treat such cases with a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole to be like clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month.
