What Causes Dark Spots Along With Milia Under The Eye?

Hi I am 36 a female and married. I have controlled acne I use clean and clear face wash and nice and lovely ph balanced lotion. I used retin A for one year and it helped but no longer use as the lotion I am using seems ok. And retin A worsened my milia. I have under eye milia how can I treat it and my skin has dark spots from acne. I have been using vit e capsules twice a day. Applied direct or mixed with avocado oil

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, there are various reasons for dark spots along with milia under the eye as:
- Use of body wash over face
- Use of heavy or concentrated face wash
- Excess perspiration
- Over use of Retino A cream

Guidelines for better recovery:
- Gentle face sponging rather than rubbing
- Cleanse open areas
- Steam inhalation
- Fruit face pack use
- Lavender oil application twice a day
- Manuka honey pack
- Balanced nutritious diet to combat the immunity
- Supportive multi-vitamins, minerals, anti oxidants with zinc
- Control of blood sugar
