What Causes Dark Red Vaginal Bleeding After Withdrawal From Depo Shot?

Hello I have been on the depo shot since last November an I have just recently stopped my shot at like the beginning of this month on Monday I begin to witness dark colored blood only when I have to urinate and wipe and now my blood has changed unto a bright red color do you know what may be the cause.
