What Causes Dark Red Spots And Itching In Testicles?
Two days back I had a pill consisting of Metrodindazole and tinandazole combination.After a hour I was feeling burning sensation in my mouth then a kind soreness of lips along with it ny scrotum area started itching heavily I used some anti allegants But know even I have some itch over my scrotum and today I have two dark red big spots on my scrotum what they really meant .How to get rid of this

Based on facts of your query,You seems to suffer from-
Could be from exacerbation of Jocks itch/ ring worm infection in groin/ scrotal skin,after drug reaction with Metronidazole / tinidazole.
Or it could be 2 differrent entities with -drug induced stomatitis with incidental ringworm with itching in scrotal region.
Jocks itch with redness in groin/ scrotal area.
Remedy -
Omit Metronidazole / tinidazole
Tab Dexamethasone- x 2 times x 2 days would resolve this issue.
Tab Cetrizine to control allergic drug reaction
Clotrimoxazole- in canesten 1% oint has given the relief you got with your problem with 2 weeks treatment.
Private part sponging with dettol solution.

Stop the medines.
Try to remember whether you had taken such medicines in the past and note in your reaction history so that every Doctor knows you are allergic to particular medicine.
Get a proper antihistamine and steroid to combat the allergy.
