Hi,

The dark patches with the complaint of burning on foot, relapsing at the same site may be fixed drug eruptions. Take history of drugs and stop the triggering drug. Apply mild steroid cream and the oral steroid in tapering dose would improve the condition. Take treatment after consulting the dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
