What Causes Dark Menstrual Bleeding And Severe Abdominal Cramps?

Hello I had a period about a week ago but wasn t a normal period, haven t had no cramping sor anything. I ve just been to toilet wiped myself and I had dark red jelly blood? Now I I ve really bad cramps in my belly and going to my back? What could this be?

I really appreciate your concern, if it was the bleeding P/V then it may be due to irregular menses and if it is per rectum then it may be due to some infection, fissures, hemorrhoids, it is advisable to confirm the it hope this information helps.
