What Causes Dark Coloured Urine Along With Throbbing Sensation In Urethra?

I had sleeve gastrectomy March 25. Since Sat I have been passing Bright Orange Urine and have deep throbbing in my uretha area. I went to the local pharmacy and purchased a UTI test kit by AZO. Used it it came up positive Leuokictes. I called the surgeon and he ordered Ciproflaxcin. Here it is Tues and I am still passing the bright orange urine and the trobbing continues. I am now taking the AZO pills for symptom relief since Mon (yesterday) 2 pm. Am I doing the wrong thing? Thank you for your help.

I appreciate your concern
This could be due to UTI (urinary tract infection)
In my opinion you should go for Urine culture and sensitivity test to find out the causative organism and appropriate antibiotics

Instead of going for ciproflox you should take a course of antibiotic as per report

Azo pills may provide you some symptomatic relief, you should continue with that

Have plenty of fluids like fruit juices and lemon waters
