What Causes Dark Bruise Under Tongue And Severe Headache?

I have a dark bruise under the tongue. I don t know when it started. I didn t feel any pain on the area at all. I found it this morning when I brush my teeth. I have a severe headache as well which started yesterday. Just want to know if this something I need to address and seek medical attention or not.
