I am on calpol 500 for the last 2 days diagnosed by doctor as chest infection. Antibiotics has also been prescribed. Very little cough. Fever goes up to 100.8 degrees F. Since during December and mid January I have had two 5 day doses of augmenting and Moxif, I have avoids taking further antibiotic doses if it can be cures with Calpol. I find there is a dark brown muceus when I spit out though. What could this be due to? Taking liquor tea or viral pneumonia?
