What Causes Dark Brown And Green Bowel Movement?

Hi,

Well the past few days i have been experiencing dark brown bowel movement and dark green. They look black though but when i wipe like i would really see what color is it. I also haven't gotten my period! I'm a week late. Also i been feeling nausea to everything i smell! I have been taking my temperature for 4 weeks now and its usually 99.0 - 100.6. Also my iron was too low for me to donate blood last time. It was a 10.8. I have been getting migraines and i have lost my appetite.

Hi,

Your stools should not worry you if there is no blood. The other symptoms you describe are curiously akin to those experienced during pregnancy. You should get a pregnancy test.
