What Causes Crawling Sensations All Over The Body?

I have a crawling sensation in my legs, butt, abdomen, lower back, arms, face and head. I feel shaky and weak. I have loose stool and abdomen cramping. My eye also twitches sometimes and I'm starting to have loss of appetite. Lastly, three days ago I saw a white stringy thing, about 6 inches, in my stool. It wasn't moving so I don't know if it was a parasite or not. Everyday it seems like the crawling sensations increase throughout my body. What should I do? What could be wrong with me?

Hi here according to history most likely it is parasitic infection.
Take albendazole tablet for it for 4 days.
Take more water.
If itching is more you can take cetrizine.
Take some bitter thing in food.
Avoid spicy food.
Do your stool examination for species identification.
Take iron supplement if anemic.
