General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a strained muscle in the rib cage.
I suggest usling a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day.
I also suggest using magnesium supplements to help muscle relaxation.
Warm compresses and warm showers can help in relieving the symptoms.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
