What Causes Cramps, Nausea And Spotting While On Sprintec Post Periods?

I started taking sprintec 14 day after my last period. I have been on the pill for 2 weeks and the cramps, nausea, bloating, and spotting are horrible. Should I stop taking it? Can starting it 14 days after my last period make these symptoms worse? How long before it will prevent pregnancy?

I really appreciate your concern, no contraceptive method is hundred per cent promising as long as the prevention of conception is concern, such medicine need to be taken from the last day of menses and continue till the first day of next menses, hope this information helps take care and have a nice day.
