What Causes Cramps In The Legs?

I have been getting cramps in my legs and feet for some time now. Mostly at night but sometimes during the day. Annoying but not that problematic. Yesterday I got a cramp in my left hand between my thumb and fore finger.. My hand froze up. It lasted less than minute but was very worrisome.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Muscular cramps are commonly seen with calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin B12 deficiency.
So get done blood levels of these vitamins.
If deficiency then you will have to start supplements in the form of injection and tablets.
Drink milk twice daily.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
