General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Cramps in the hands and feet are commonly due to low levels of magnesium & calcium. It can be due to neurological disorders, RA/OA, overused muscles & dehydration. Take multi vitamin supplements like Zincovit & take electrol, ORS, soups & juices. Stay well hydrated. Take muscle relaxants & pain killers for relieve. Loss of memory or forgetfulness happens due vitamin B12 deficiency, minor head injury, alcoholism, thyroid issues, side effects of certain medications & emotional disturbance.

Stay active, do regular walking, stay cheerful. Take food rich in vitamin B12 or take B12 supplements. Take vitamin E rich food or vitamin E (Evion-400) supplements. You are suggested to get clinically examined & assessed by a GP/ Neurologist, get all blood, NC tests & Imaging tests done & get treated at the earliest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
