What Causes Cramps In Calves?

for the last week or so I have been having dull, not so much cramping, in my calves. Im scared it may be something serious like a blood clot but im also a paranoid person so Im not sure if this is just me being paranoid or if its just a cramp or muscle aches. It goes from both calves then to just one then the other depending on the day.

It may be simple cramp. Which is common after prolong walking or running. But if you are in high risk group for blood clot (deep vein thrombosis) like long standing diabetes, hypertension, coagulation abnormality, obesity. You need evaluation.
