What Causes Cramps And Tight Sensation In The Shoulders?

Hello got up out of the chair and suddenly both shoulders cramped a little..it was tightness..then spread to left side of neck more in back then spread eyes and head. shortness of breath....I lied down for about 2 minutes and everything back to normal. My head seemed to tighten up also. Funny feeling

Considering the scenario you explained,it seems nothing but effect of prolonged sitting with abnormal posture in the chair.Avoid prolonged sitting in chair.Always keep your back and neck supported on chair.keep neck and back in straight line.Use chair with proper arm rests.If using any computer or while doing some deskwork,avoid keeping your neck extended for a long time.
