What Causes Cramping While Sleeping?

I am a 35 year old male patient with three leaking valves. I am currently on Bilocor and Ecotrin as from December 2009. I have opted for a herbal medication called cardioflow which has a pomegranate extract, which was helping me a lot. Over the past three weeks, i have been getting a lot of cramps at night whilst sleeping. I have reduced the bilocor to 2.5 mg but the situation is sill the same with the cramps. I do at times suffer from pain in the left side. please advice.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such abdomen cramp may not be due to cardiac disease that you have neither this could be due medicine but it could be due to some infection, it may be viral or protozoa, in my opinion this can be well managed with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day for 5 days, "Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide" three times in day hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
