I have always had a problem with this but more so now that I am pregnant than before. I crave ice. A whole cup. I don't know if it's the cold or the chewing of it but I have to have it daily. When I get a mouth full of ice and start to chew it directly after chewing or swallowing it I get a tight cramping pain in the lower left back part in my neck. Kinda like when you slept the wrong way at night. It has no connection with my throat, but It's an intense pain. Usually last a few minutes then it goes away. It doesn't happen every single time but very often. Should I look into this???
