Hi, the condition I'm describing has lasted for a couple of years but it's gotten worse in the last couple of weeks. My tongue is cracked very badly on the edges, and I also have a large white patch in the middle of it that can gad scrapped of on the surface but not completely. I'm also experiencing a jelly-like, white and sometimes cheesy- like that can get quite crumbly at times, itchy and stinging in my vagina. I had a swab a couple of months ago both from my mouth and vagina, and the results revealed streptoccocus. The doctor said is not something I should be worried about. They prescribed a cream that I inserted in the vagina, which initially made me feel better, in the sense that it reduced the itchiness and stinging completely, however, after I stopped using it, the amount of the culture in my vagina increased, so I stopped using it altogether and tried a different approach which included a healthier lifestyle. That seemed to ameliorate somehow the problem but I am very worried about loosing control over this condition and how it can affect me in the long term, left untreated. Thank you. conny
