What Causes Cracking Sound In Muscles Of Arms And Legs?
Often feels like my muscles need to pull or crack sometines in arms or legs but mostly in shoukder blades. Often find myself spending ages trying to stretch the muscle as it feels as though it doesnt belong. No pain until i stretch but its extremelt annoying.
