What Causes Cracking Sound In Joints During A Workout?

Hi,i feel like there is cracking like noise in my joints such as wrist,Knee And Shoulders....i masturbate 3 times a day from 7 years but now i am trying control this...I am going to gym regularly but during workout these noises from joints arises continuously...is that because of Masturbation?what can i do to quiet these habit?How can i Reduce these noises?

Hi,

This does not look to be related to masturbation. I would suggest you take vitamin-D supplements along with calcium and see. If things don't get better in a few weeks, you may need to see your doctor for proper assessment and management.
