What Causes Cracking Sensation In Nose?

hello, I have this cracking sensation in my nose since I was a child. It feels like a string is beeing streched until the point of snapping, until it finally snaps. the sensation is quite enjoyable, in fact, and can occure several times in a role. can you help me please, to find out what is this, in fact thanks in advance

Never heard of symptoms like this, really weird.
I would advise you the following:
Consult an ENT Surgeon for clinical evaluation, Endoscopy of the ENT and CT scan of the nose and sinuses.
This will give an idea about the probable cause and the possible treatment if any.
