What Causes Cracking Noise In Head Followed By Neck Pain?
Hello. 2 weeks ago i lift my head of my pillow and heard a crack and my neck was hurting for about a week. The again i wake up all good but start moving my head and my neck is even more painfull on left side more down do the spine than the neck muscle, the worst is when i want to put my head backward it hurts and i cant go all the way. It feels in the spine. The pain feels like it want to crack but never does. What could that be?Thank you
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Your symptoms seem to be related to a pulled muscle of the neck. I suggest using painkillers such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. I also suggest using warm compresses for local application. If the symptoms continue,I suggest to do an cray of the neck for further evaluation.
Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
