General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pulled muscle of the neck.
I suggest using painkillers such as Ibuprofen to relieve the pain.
I also suggest using warm compresses for local application.
If the symptoms continue,I suggest to do an cray of the neck for further evaluation.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
