What Causes Cracked Skin On The Face?

I ve started breaking out really badly just on the sides of my face and the exact same thing happened at the exact same time last year and i generally have okay skin thoughout the year until the end of September. Last year it last about 3 months and I really dont want this to happen again but nothing I can do helps... Should I ask about accutane? I m thinking its hormonal but I m not sure

Hi
Welcome to HCM.
Severe acne doesn't always need acutane. So first you should get evaluated for your lesions. Then it may happen that you need some different kind of medicine. But definitely you will be ok with proper treatment. Consult your dermatologist.
Good luck.
