You are known diabetic and getting cracks in your foreskin after sexual intercourse .

At the outset you have to ensure that your diabetes under control.

The cracks in foreskin are mostly due to repeated fungal infection that is common in individuals with diabetes.

Please take anti fungal medication like Fluconazole twice daily for 5 days and topical anti fungal cream like Candid for local application .

If get repeated episodes you may need to get circumcised .
