What Causes Coughing Up Of Blood Post Overdosing With Medications?

my step son overdosed on his meds and hes in real bad shape but we found out today he has been coughing blood up and he needs blood and they say his bone marrow isnt producing and they say he has an infection on top of pnuemonia what kind of infection could this be

they are two different things. due to medication might have developed bone marrow depression and resulted in a plastic anemia consult physician and such medicine can be withdrawn and substitute can be recomanded. first pnemonea should be confirmed. inj penicillin is best for pnemonea nutrition and hydration should be maintained.
