What Causes Coughing Up Of Blood In A Person With Aortic Stenosis?

I have been ill this past couple days, sore throat, coughing, chills, muscle ache, shortness of breath like anxiousness etc. This morning my throat and head are sore, mild fatigue but I coughed up sputum which was very red, I thought at first it had maybe come from nasal, but no it was definitely a cough. I have Aortic Stenosis.
