Hi i have caugh and cold from more than three weeks and my nose is bleeding from 10 days frequently. And today saw blood when i through up is that normal when we have cough and cold for long time. I am a healthy person only issue i have previous is sinus. Is this all because of sinus

Well come to HCM
If the condition of cold and cough is there since couple of weeks then this need to be investigated, and routine blood test, x-ray chest would be advisable, if these turned unremarkable then this is nothing to worry, because this would be self limiting condition, for the symptomatic relief, following treatment and medicine are advisable
1) Tab Loratidine with Pseudoephedrine three time in day
drink more water, have hot drink, steam inhalation, do not sneeze or blow the nose, take care.
