hello sir,my father has a very old cough. may be 20 yr of cough with bulgum...he is now 62. his body is becoming weak due to coughing .his diet is very limited.he feels very weak....he had been operated for head ingury tw0 yrs back.wt are the tests u suggest,he should undertake?

wt loss, productive cough for more than 20yrs. he should be evaluated with xray chest (pa) view, complete blood picture with esr, cue, Lft,rft, HIV, hb sag, sputum for c/ sensitivity.
