What Causes Cough With RBC Count 5.70 Millions/cmm?

i have cough from 45 days and im feeling very heavy near my tonsil.and always i am getting cough after eating food specially rice .i am feeling very irritate by coughing.. i did my blood test in that report everything okay but rbc count 5.70 millions/cmm &mch 25 picogram..others xrays are normal...please help me

Based on facts of you query, you seem to suffer from-
Globus Pharyngeus with GERD causing Cough due to Vagal irritation from Acid reflux with gastritis from Food allergy from Rice.
Would Suggest you to get EGD done and Consult ENT to rule out accompanied Tonsillitis.Actual heaviness in tonsil area is from Globus Pharyngeus.
Treatment from ENT Surgeon would fix the Cough issue in your case.
