Gud Morning Sir, My son is 3 years old and he is suffering from cough, cold, fever. yesterday we have x ray and result is saying right perihilar pneumonitis, i m worried about this frequent problem . pls help me in this regard. and we have consulted child specialist he has suggested some syrup and medicin

consult pulmunologistfor examination and advise on treatment for pnemonea the drug of choice is penicillin. inj ppt4 im for ten days can be given. pnemonitis generally given anti-tubercular treatment. multi drug regime with isonex ethambutol and pyrizinamide can be started. keep watch on progress if noimprovment then rifampicin can be added.
