What Causes Cough, Chest Pain When Suffering From Lower Respiratory Infection?

I ve been suffering from a sinus infection and lower respiratory infection. Its been over 14 days that I have been on antibiotics. I had a very bad cough and my chest is still hurting and I feel so drained and tired. Is this normal with a lower respiratory infection?

Yes, lower resp infection can be very debilitating and even if the infection is controlled, it does take time to get back to normal. Take your medicines regularly, take adequate rest and good nourishing diet. Short walks in the fresh air when weather is not cold also help. Follow your doctor`s instructions.
