What Causes Cough And Congestion Despite Taking Flonase And Zpak For Sinus?

Doc says sinus problem,prescribed flonase and z pak type antibiotics,that was 3 days ago, no relief. Coughing and congestion on chest is worse...afraid to sleep, trouble catching breath. I m drinking herbal tea, got Vicks slathered on chest and back, no relief. Eyes are watering, coughing despite taking Tussincough syrup. Should I go bk to doc tomorrow?

It takes at least 7 to 10 days to clear, as you have mentioned it is only day 3, i advice you to wait and continue the treatment for couple of days.
Mean while apart from the drug prescribed, i can suggest you to use steam inhalation 3 to 4 times an day.
If your symptoms are worsening it is better to see doctor.
