i have been suffering from lastweek with chesty cough, my left side of whole body ache, when coughing too much i vomit and than start felling cold and siwering, also i have been unable to take any food or liquid, as soon as ihave i start coughing again heavily and vomit everything out, also i get strain on my brain nervous and sometime in night it feel like cramp back of the brain.

could u advise what i should do? i been taking panadols thats because gp refuse to subscribe any anitbiotics.
