General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
This all can be due to upper respiratory infection
( pharyngitis, laryngitis etc) or allergic asthma or bronchitis.
First you undergo routine blood investigations with X- ray chest and PFTs.
You will require antibiotics, analgesics with antiallergic ( antihistamines, mast cell stabilizers) with multi vitamins. Nebulizers with steam inhalation will also helpful.
Consult pulmonologist for further advise.
I find this answer helpful
