What Causes Cough Along With High Fever And Abdominal Pain?

My 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter has had a wet cough for about a month and had two green stools yesterday- in addition to this she keeps having a high grade fever - usually ever time she wakes up - burning up head to feet - she s complaining of belly discomfort as well - what might this be?

consult paediatrician for complete examination of lung fields. sputum should be examined and green stool indicate if she is taking green vegetable soups she is having indigestion and might be bacillary dis entry some systemic antibiotic should be given after consultation manta in hydration.
