What Causes Cough Along With Chills And Sweating?
I have had a cough for a few days. First the mucous was relatively clear, now it is heavy with a white/slightly yellow tinge and a little bit of blood. So far this has happened just once. Is it time to see somebody or??? I had some chills and a little sweating last night, but today that is all ok.

The symptoms you are experiencing is concerning for pneumonia. Sputum analysis, blood count and chest Xray are needed at this point. If chest Xray shows positive signs, then antibiotic need to be initiated..So please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for further evaluation and management.
