What Causes Cough Along With Chest Discomfort And Heartburn?

I ve had what I thought was an upper respiratory/head cold for about 4-5 weeks now. Most symptoms have subsided, except for the cough. Typically, I have an extended period of cough caused by post-nasal drip with a cold, but the last several days, I ve had a heavy discomfort in the center of my chest, almost continuous heartburn and shortness of breath when talking. Walking pneumonia??
