What Causes Continuous Sweating In All Weather Conditions?

Body runs average temp of 99.8 ALL the time. But is not sick. SWEATS year round, no matter how cold outside weather is. CANT even wear pants because they are soaked within minutes of trying to wear them. Even in cold weather below freezing, where EVERYBODY else is all bundled up because of the cold.
