What Causes Continuous Sneezing Upon Waking And Eating Food?

I get a bout of 10 sneezes early after waking up and immediately after eating foods containing sugar, and in cool temperature like A/C & winter nights.... Cetirizine gives only temporary relief, but the problem rebounds after stopping medication. No permanent cure!?

Hi, to answer your question it would have been more helpful if you had mentioned your age & location, since some areas & age groups are more prone to certain disease conditions than others. But clearly from what you have described it is easy to say that you have an Allergic Rhinitis. There is no cure for this in our contemporary allopathic medicine, other than cetrizine tabs but traditional homeopathy should help you to completely get rid of this. I can only advise you tab.Montelukast to be taken upto twice daily(max) to relieve your symptoms till you get well. This usually happens seasonally and since you know your triggers well it is good to avoid them. Take care and get well soon!
