What Causes Continuous Headache Along With Nausea?

I have had a constant headache for 5 days now & cant seem to stay I have also now developed a sore throat, not sure if that is related or not. I have a history of migraines bit this is not like a typical migraine as I do not have sensitivity to light, nausea & my relpax is doing nothing for it..any ideas?

Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

Your symptoms might be due to Tension headache because of the muscle contraction of head or due to any external compression like goggles or hypoglycemic headache , even missing or delay in consuming food can result in that.

I advice you to,
- Take Analgesics like Naproxen
- Relax yourself by doing YOGA
- Do your ENT & EYE examination done to rule out sinusitis or any refractive errors.
