What Causes Continuous Diarrhea?

I am male 23 and having loose motion from past 2-3days and from yesterday onwards having loose motion green in colour can someone pls tell me whats going on? I also started taking creatin in 1 gm dose and whey protein from last 2-3 days so is it because of it?

hello. high protein supplements can cause diarrhoea.I would advise you to stop the protein till your diarrhoea stops and then restart it after a week .if your diarrhoea recurrs then its due to the protein
