What Causes Constipation, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Yellow Watery Bowel Movement And Vomiting?

woke up at 02;30 am with constipation and nausea with severe stomach pain in middle of stomach below ribs and above belly button have been up all night with many bowel movements but pain in stomach still there and now all I have are yellow watery bowel movements , I also was getting a feeling I was going to vomit but after gagging like I was vomiting all that came was very small about of sputum with spots of blood in it

Hi,
You are suffering from gastroenteritis also known as stomach flu.It is an intestinal infection marked by diarrhoea, cramps, nausea, vomiting and fever.However all symptoms are not present in every patient.Bacterial and viral infection causes inflammation in your stomach and intestines causing symptoms like vomiting, severe abdominal cramps, and diarrhea.
Treatment
Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration–You need to drink more than usual to replace the fluids lost from vomiting and diarrhoea.
Take orange juice it contains lots of potassium.
Take paracetamol for any fever or aches and pains.
Get plenty of rest.
A stool routine and microscopy test should be done to rule out bacterial infection.Most of the time its self limiting and take 4-5 days.
