I am a 41 year old, 4”11 150 lbs., Type I-Diabetic who exercise; eat a clean diet not lots of greasy/fatty foods. My most recent A1C was 7.2 and I am a patient at UPMC in Pittsburgh PA. While under the care of a Cardio Thorastic doctor I was scoped (beneign) and it was necessary to do a stretch and dilation which has provided some relief for sleeping flat and not coughing non-stop throughout the day. I have been provided diagnosis by medical professionals: I have GERD, Gastroparesis, negative for H Pylori, Small Bowel Blockage, inflammation in my stomach (when scoped twice) daily constipation, passing gas and breath that smells of horrible farts daily. I have been researching a few remedies using ACV (apple cider vinegar) probiotics (Good Karma from Whole Foods), extra virgin pine nut oil, sea buckthorn oil ) none of which really help. However, I am getting a BAD unexplainable body odor and I have excellent hygiene and clean clothes. I recently did a fast and noticed almost an allergic reaction to dairy, lentils, lemon and breads. Not only have I seen this specialist but also 3 Gastroenterologist as suggested, Endocryologist and an upcoming appointment with a Rheumotologist. Based on my current findings and medical issues are there any suggestions that would help me resolve my BB and BO? Thanks!
