What Causes Constipation And Abdominal Bloating Despite Taking Miralax?
So , I was diagnosed with extreme constipation two days ago , have been on miralax , its not working I m passing like 3 pellet like stools a day . very small hard rock stools. And in the stool there are small black specs all throughout it. My upper center abdomen is in a lot of pain , its burning . I do not know what to do m my stomach is very swollen , and now there is a indent on the right side of my stomach . please help

You could try using an enema and see if that could give you some relief. However, if it does not work you need to see your doctor or go to Emergency since you may have an obstruction.
