What Causes Constant Vomiting And Stomach Pain In A Child?

My four year old son has been having what I consider frequent bouts of nausea. Every couple of weeks or so, he tells me his stomach hurts and within an hour he throws up. This happens once or twice but by the next day he is all better. Is this something i should take him to the doctor about?

Hi.... Many thanks for consulting in Health Care Magic. Bouts of vomiting with normalcy in between is suggestive of cyclical vomiting syndrome. I suggest you consult your pediatrician. Hope my answer was helpful for you. Happy to help anytime. Further clarifications and consultations on Health Care Magic are welcome.
